About Paul Cramer

At Immatics Biotechnologies, I made significant contributions to the pre-clinical development of cutting-edge bispecific molecules to fight cancer #TCER. Furthermore, I developed a strong expertise in protein engineering, especially with mammalian protein display. This is complemented by development of state-of-the-art DNA library assembly methodes and NGS approaches. In this inovation-driven role, I thrived with my strong abilities to solve complex problems with creative ideas. As a research scientist in industrial research, I have successfully initiated and developed projects aiming to improve protein egineering of T cell receptors (TCR). Besides this, I gained first leadership experience by organizing a team of research associates in the context of several projects. I am committed to identifying and implementing scientific approaches that can improve the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. I also have in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, including genetic engineering and GMP, to ensure that research projects meet the highest standards of compliance and quality. In combination with the excelent scientific standards, which I obtained during my PhD studies, I am ready and excited for future challenges.
