About Paul Curran

I am an experienced corporate and commercial banker with over 25 year's experience managing high value loan portfolios of business and property loans and also managing large teams of colleagues. I have been responsible for assets of over €2.5bn and my management of these assets has always yielded superior results on a comparative basis. Recently I have leveraged my experience and knowledge of both property and business in its broadest sense and moved to a large well-funded start-up. Having had deep relationships with every form of business and property professional my experience has allowed my to be a central figure in the creation of what will become one of Ireland's most exciting and most visited family attractions. I have brought my experience and judgement to every aspect of this project which is large and highly complex. My international experience was gained through ICC Consulting where I was seconded to work in Saudi Arabia for the Saudi state industrial bank (SIDF) and where after my return to Ireland I assumed the role of project director tendering for, and subsequently managing, projects funded mainly by the EU and the World Bank. Specifically I worked on or managed projects in Lithuania, Kyrgystan and Nepal. These projects were generally concerned with the establishment or management of small donor-funded niche business banks in developing countries.
