These include costs such as packaging, communications, utilities, and office consumables, through to more strategic expenditures like logistics, waste management, banking costs, property and insurance. Before joining ERA, my background was in banking, with 25+ years in the sector. A Payments & Banking Specialist, I use my banking expertise and influence to help clients to develop strategies which drive turnover, reduce cost and optimise risk management. As a leader of ERA's 7 strong European Payments Team I have been privileged to work with both UK, European and global brands to make a real difference. I value open and honest long term relationships with my clients and work on the principle that the more we put in to the relationship, the more that both organisations will benefit. I like the fact that clients can clearly see exactly what they are saving and that they gain an even greater level of control of their costs based on the management information we supply over the lifetime of our relationship. Our service can be self-financing with the option to pay our fees come from your savings (we accept no payments from suppliers).
