I have been a leader and pioneer in digital health care since 2018 ̣• My main expertise lie in leadership of a remote cross functional clinical workforce ensuring the clinical care is high quality, safe and efficient ̣• I am an expert in the monitoring and assessment of clinician performance, creating processes for supporting clinicians in difficulty, advising on interventions to improve the performance of clinicians who are causing concern and clinical effectiveness work. ̣• I was a pioneer in Clinical Quality Assurance in digital healthcare creating new processes and platforms for monitoring and improving clinician performance and improving patient outcomes. ̣̣• I am an accomplished Medical Leader in both public and private sectors including high level involvement in Clinical Governance and preparation for CQC inspections. ̣• I am an executive coach and mentor specialising in the healthcare sector and in particular clinicians who are experiencing job dissatisfaction, burnout, or other career difficulties and dilemmas. ̣•I am an experienced clinician who has worked for over 30 years in public and private primary care.
