A retired senior partner of both BDO and EY, having served public company clients for over 30 years, board member, and trusted C-Suite advisor with 37 years of cross-sector experience in global operations, governance, P&L management and SEC Compliance. As a Senior Audit Partner, I worked routinely with boards and senior management teams spanning from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies undergoing strategic transformations to solve the toughest challenges with solutions that create accelerated growth and success. Currently serving as the Board Chair for Downtown Vision Inc. Jacksonville and the Board President for Dreams Come True Jacksonville. Among other board positions, I've served as a past Board Chair of Leadership Columbus, Executive Board member of the YMCA Central Ohio, Board Chair - Changing Homelessness Jacksonville and member of the Accounting Advisory Board at Miami University.
