I consider myself to provide added value as a human reality check, because a business can only be successful when innovation and ambition are paired with a healthy dose of critical thinking. Not by blindly changing everything that already exists, but by continuously building on the key positives and identifying and improving bottlenecks.As a trilingual Product Owner Digital, I manage and improve our digital touchpoints based on thorough analysis to give our customers the best possible service. Over the years I’ve taken up several different roles (analyst, product owner, project manager, change agent and business advisor) which enables me to look at things from varying perspectives. This enables me to always keep the bigger picture in mind. Personally, I excel when feeling ownership over the things I’m working on. Be it in my job or in my personal life, purpose matters a lot to me and doesn’t just make me work that much harder, but also makes me enjoy my time so much more.
