About Paul Dennis

Having qualified to be a Class A professional at the age of 21, I furthered my experience in the golf industry at clubs such as The Wisley in Surrey, England, and Old Fold Manor GC, an Open qualifying course in north London. I joined Troon Golf in 2005 at The Grove, London and was part of the team that hosted the World Golf Championships in 2006, and also who won the Troon Golf Award of Excellence the same year. I moved internationally with Troon in 2007 to be part of the transition team at Abu Dhabi Golf Club, and then moved to The Montgomerie Dubai for four years as Director of Golf, and then later to The Track, Meydan Golf as opening GM, to continue into my 9th year as a Troon Associate. After leaving The Track, I then spent a year assisting our Troon Middle East HQ with certain aspects of training, facility set ups, and operational planning, and completed 10 years with the company. Following this transition period, I was then appointed as Director of Operations, the lead role on site, at The Els Club Teluk Datai, in Langkawi, Malaysia. I returned to the UK late in 2015, and after a short tenure at Oulton Hall, Q Hotels, I decided to look for a new opportunity that I can utilise my skills and experience within the high end luxury golf market, by returning to the Middle East! I rejoined the Troon Golf family as Director of Golf at Royal Greens G & CC, Saudi Arabia as part of the opening team within a brand new, world renowned golf facility in the KAEC development on the Red Sea, which became the first course in the Kingdom to host a European Tour event - the Saudi International. After completing the opening and ET event at Royal Greens, I have been fortunate to now join the Arendon Development Team at OAKS Prague, a new residential and resort facility opening in August 2019. Having worked with the very best people in the industry, I pride myself on my attention to detail, process management, team development and financial acumen.
