About Paul Denton

Specialties:Buyer's Agent,Listing Agent,Relocation,Foreclosure,Property Management My Residential Real Estate Experience stems from selling Custom Built Homes in Port Orange, Florida. I was part of the team at Paytas Homes Builders. I sold in the Venetian Bay Community in NSB, Hidden Lakes in Palm Coast and Pinnacle Park in Port Orange. My sales were brokered in house and as a result do not show on my license as sales. However between 2014 and 2018 I successfully sold many homes working with the client on every aspect of their purchase beginning with choosing the floor plan to elevation to the electrical plan, fixtures, colors all the way to the big day.Closing! My commercial experience stems from my own commercial development property. Being part of the building and development of Bayside Business Park In Port Orange from securing the property to site plans and development, has added a great deal of experience in that department. I have also worked in the property management as well as rental side of the Business Park for over 15 years. Residential, Vacation Rentals and Investment Properties are also something I am knowledge and confident in, after owning and operating my own. My experience combined with my wonderful customer service can only mean success for you.
