Paul has been a vital team member of Ace Car Freighters for 20 years, he specialises in TMS Implementation, R&D and testing. His experience includes Operational management, Account management, Client relations and communication, Tender preparation, Fleet control, Load management, & Customer service. Paul took a new roll in Information & Technology with a hands on approach across many fields, developing Ace Car Freighters first TMS. From a cramped paperwork driven workplace to a free flowing technology leader in the industry, the implemented TMS is regard by many as the best of it's kind in the industry The Relief System as it is known includes, booking & dispatch, live track and trace, GPS of all drivers, bar code scanning capabilities, Import / Export capabilities for major accounts programs, mobile data via smart phone app, web portal access for clients, system network links to other companies and carriers creating direct import capabilities with benefits including RCTI and streamlined payment processes. These are only some of the major features Paul has developed and continually upgrades, keeping the Relief System at the front of technology and competition.
