About Paul Donovan

I have a passion for supporting commercialization of “market-pull” technologies funded with US Government R&D and/or early-stage private equity or debt for the benefit of the US, our Clients and Green Tape. 25 years of Government R&D and services experience through contracts and grants, primarily with small science and technology businesses. Green Tape has developed life-cycle service offerings that substantially increase the acumen and knowledge base of Client firms for new or additional R&D funding and therefore, Company/Commercialization success. Green Tape reduces the number of full-time indirect / direct employees required by Clients, through cost-effective outsourced teams, thereby helping Clients meet their Government funding/performance and compliance requirements in an efficient manner. Paul has led or supported more than 70 small high-tech company engagements with Government R&D or Growth funding totaling more than $400 million to date (Client examples are below). Paul is a recognized leader in programs and contract / grant vehicles such as the SBIR/STTR programs (and various additional Government R&D programs or contract/grant offerings). Paul is leading the national growth of Green Tape LLC, and 3 major revenue service offerings with the GT team. Paul leads Green Tape’s Sales and Marketing and Administration departments for the Company. Key Client engagements include:
