How I helped an experienced private client tax professional secure her dream job after a 45-minute conversation….Have you ever felt like you’re in a rut?Perhaps you’ve been in your current role for a couple of years and the excitement’s fizzled away.Perhaps you’ve been promoted once or twice but aren’t getting any more opportunities to grow. This is a common situation, especially in the private client tax world. But here’s the good news - I can help! In fact, I recently helped a Senior Manager secure her dream job after a 45-minute conversation. She was recommended to speak to me but had no idea what she wanted to do next, what her options were, or how to get started. So, we uncovered what made her tick and what her next opportunity could look like in a 45-minute conversation. In the back of my mind, cogs were turning. I had the perfect firm and opportunity up my sleeve - one she’d heard of but had always assumed they might not be for her.Three weeks and three interviews later, she secured her dream job! Today, she’s still loving it and has a promotion on the horizon (music to my ears after she felt stagnant in her previous role). So, if you’re stuck in a rut, don’t know where to start, or simply want a second opinion, give me a call - I’ve spent 15 years cultivating a wealth of contacts, knowledge, and expertise as a specialist private client tax recruiter.Perhaps you’ll walk away with your dream job.07932 717 639pdunne@hazelwoodsearch.com
