About Paul Egger

My engineering product design experience - from basic design work to consulting to engineering management - provides a solid technical foundation that is recognized and respected by those that I lead. My goal is to remain in product design and manage the challenge of building quality products while increasing profit and growing market share. Just as I continually look for ways to improve the products and processes of manufacturing, I seek out enhancement of my skills and knowledge to improve myself and my contribution. I have strong leadership and team-building skills and the managerial skills to be successful in product development by understanding and meeting the customer's goals and needs while achieving internal financial objectives. Specialties: Hands on knowledge and skills in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and machine control technologies and the ability to integrate each of these into a system that provides solutions that lead to complete customer satisfaction in an effective and efficient manner.
