My Pharmacy Management experience is based in high volume retail pharmacy. My pharmacy teams consistently build prescription and sales volume by fundamentally providing exceptional customer service. My teams consistently provide and exceed new and existing patients prescription and healthcare expectations. We deliver on the promise to provide the best pharmaceutical care and wellness for our patients. I develop good rapport with management through effective and respectful communication. I am dedicated to being punctual, proficient, and professional in all functions required in pharmacy management. I am task and detail oriented with regard to smooth workflow. I develop and train pharmacy staff with the end in mind. I focus on the pharmacy staffs ability to place focus and priority of where the pharmacy stands in the current days filling cycle. I integrate well with ancillary staff by being helpful in ways that make daily pharmacy operations run more effectively. I place high value on the representation of what patients see in the total pharmacy performance though our appearance and actions. I praise associates and create a positive work environment that promotes self confidence through success as a pharmacy team. The end result is leading a pharmacy that patients want to return to for consistent, courteous and personal care.
