Passionate about New Zealand's primary sector and how we can create value for our products by engaging with all stakeholders in the supply chain. I am passionate about the merino industry as I believe it is unique and exemplifies New Zealand. Completed Kellogg rural leadership program 2018, Research project - Can a circular economy create added value for NZ agriculture? After graduating from Lincoln university with a B Com Ag I worked for Taylor Preston (a meat processing & exporting company) in Wellington as a management accountant. From there I travelled working in Canada and then onto to London where I worked for two years for serval organisations including SONY in their global treasury services division as management accountant. In 2004 I returned to my family high country farm in Canterbury New Zealand. We have owned the farm since 2012. We farm up to 7,500 Merinos and 300 beef cattle. We have a vision to strive to be innovative & responsible producers leading the way with sustainable environmental practices whilst upholding the highest animal welfare standards.
