About Paul Ericsson

From 25 years of experience in technical environments I am a very committed senior manager and project manager in the area of digital product development, IT services, Infrastructure, Mobile services, software development and operations. I get the job done efficiently by creating a strong team with a positive attitude by combining different skills like trust, delegation, followup, know-how and a positive mindset, resulting in a strong proven track record of delivering. The last years the industry is moving more and more into the agile mindset that we fully embrace to stay relevant for the future. Through my career I have acquired a broad competence platform. Examples are working with both strategic and operational project and line matters, with business and customer focus, with project and general management, in a manufacturing business and as a consultant, within all different levels of an organization and together with colleagues and customers from many parts of the world. I am leading by inspiring and influencing. Some examples are- Project Management - Line management as manager for Project Office, Planning Office and Operations Office - Leading change management, setting up new organisations and new ways of working on large scale- Leading and implementing agile mindsets, methods and practices. I have shown during my years at Sony Mobile, IKEA IT and other consultant firms that I’m a result-oriented leader with good people and communication skills. I am a professional, who take full ownership and drives projects and line management tasks to completion with very good results. As examples, I am used to handle smaller projects as well as larger multi national projects in complex environments. I am also used to handle reporting and communication to all levels of the company structure from CEO to first line manager and to end customers–with excellent and of course appreciated results.
