About Paul Ernandes

After 20 years in the U.S. Army, I've learned a thing or two about managing projects, leading teams, and getting things done efficiently. I've had a pretty diverse experience, from coordinating team activities and keeping things running smoothly to making sure we always hit our quality targets. Problem-solving? That’s my bread and butter – I love diving into an issue and finding the best way to fix it. As an Army Recruiter and Station Commander, I really got to flex my strategic planning muscles, not to mention communicating with all sorts of people. It's one thing to lead; it's another to bring people together and get them on the same page, and I’m proud to say I've had a lot of practice at that. I’m always excited to keep learning and stay sharp. That's why I’ve added a few certifications under my belt, like hazardous waste operations and Lean Six Sigma. I believe in keeping up with the latest and greatest, especially when it comes to managing projects efficiently. Now, as I'm looking ahead to my next adventure outside the military, I'm excited about the idea of jumping into program management. I've got a lot to bring to the table – a mix of skills and experiences that I believe can really make a difference in a civilian setting. I'm ready to tackle new challenges and looking forward to being part of a team where we can achieve great things together.
