I organise, manage and consult for successful running events. I am a UKA Coach in Running Fitness and coach running groups and individuals to improve running technique and to meet their running goals. How Do I Do It. The successful organisation and delivery of any event has to be driven by checklist management. We have developed a comprehensive programme checklist to cover all the, sometimes complex, tasks that have to be tackled to ensure events are compliant and properly regulated. We also manage budget heads to ensure that the event can keep on track financially and deliver a profitable outcome. Successful coaching outcomes take into account an individual’s aspirations, age, fitness history and time commitment to training and I develop specific individual coaching plans to meet their goals What People Are Saying.
