I am a former elite swimmer. I continue to live by the principles of hard work, growth mindset and winning outcomes (and yes, my body clock still wakes me up at 4.30am). I missed out on making the 96 Olympics. So, whilst I’ve learnt lessons about failure, I know even more about resilience. These days, I’ve swapped swimming for triathlons, and keeping up with my three active sons, and strive to treat my business partnerships with the same focus, patience, and dedication. As an entrepreneurial creative leader, working in the marketing, communications, and technology industry globally, I’ve had the opportunity to lead highly diverse teams in constantly shifting environments. Specialising in brand and digital marketing, I have a proven track record of leading and building brands, transforming, and growing businesses through creative ideas, delivering ROI across diverse categories and sectors. In addition to my executive role, I am a graduate of the AICD and am passionate about my contribution to philanthropic efforts and profit-for-purpose organisations. I lead with whole heart. I see my role as leading and coaching teams to deliver tangible business outcomes.
