I am pleased to announce that I have started a new Attorney position at Peterson, Johnson & Murray Chicago, LLC. It is my goal to continue to provide to provide high quality legal services at reasonable rates to all of my clients, while partnering with the claims team to achieve a successful outcome. I am excited to work with my new colleagues who bring a wealth of legal experience to the table, in exciting areas of the law that includes Municipal litigation as well as consulting work, an area of concentration in insurance regulatory work, as well as a wealth of experience in the federal courts throughout Illinois and additional jurisdictions. My areas of Concentration continue to focus upon: insurance coverage work, including consulting on tenders of defense; and conflicts of interest; and defense work in the areas of Premises liability, Construction Negligence, Motor Vehicle Defense, SIU Defense of Bodily Injury Claims and Allied Medical Defense work; in Cook, Lake, DuPage, Will, Kane and Winnebago Counties as well as the Northern and Southern Districts of the Illinois U. S. District Court. Recent emphasis involves the defense of property management companies, snow removal contractors, commercial property owners, sub-contractors, and commercial landlords. My coverage practice focuses on the analysis of the CGL Policy, Garage Liability Policy as well as personal lines policies, and includes the prosecution of declaratory judgment actions in State and Federal courts. Regarding SIU issues, I approach these matters on a case-by-case basis as that appears to be the most successful method to defend against these types of casualty matters.
