I have over thirty years’ experience working in the area of Environmental Impact Assessment, I organise and co-ordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring projects run smoothly. I have a wide-ranging experience on projects for private and public sector clients. In addition to EIA, I have been instrumental in the company’s growth into the areas of Strategic Environmental Assessment and Habitats Directive Assessment. I have successfully led the EIA process for some of the Country's most prestigious developments including numerous projects for leading international industrial and pharmaceutical clients - with a combined capital value of over €20 billion. I am lead author of the EPA's statutory 'Guidelines on the Information to be Contained in Environmental Impact Assessment Reports'(2022), and of the current revision of the complementary 'Advice Notes'. I was involved in the preparation of every issue of these key EIA documents since the original versions in 1995.
