As the Senior Manager - Operations for the ROI region at Expleo Group, I lead and manage a team of seven to deliver and monitor the resourcing and demand of 400+ consultants across various client projects. I have over seven years of experience in this role, and I hold ISTQB Advanced Test Manager and Scrum Master certifications. My core competencies include managing and reporting on the capacity and utilization of consultants, providing resourcing solutions and information to key stakeholders, implementing resource management and workforce planning strategies, and delivering micro innovation to capture ideas of change. I also have extensive experience in quality assurance and quality engineering, having worked as a Programme Test Manager and a Senior Consultant - Test Manager for the Central Bank of Ireland and SQS Group respectively. I am passionate about delivering end-to-end solutions that meet client needs and expectations, and I strive to continuously improve the processes and performance of my team and organization.
