Experienced business leader with over 35 years of running successful businesses. Possessing a bachelor of science honours degree in electronics and electrical engineering. I’m a member of the Institute of electrical technicians. My experience extends to both electronic and physical security within the industry. As a general manager for 16 years and managing director for 20 years, I have gained high-level skills in people management, conflict resolution, and effective communication. I take pride in having built my own security business from the ground up, which led to a successful acquisition by a blue chip international. With a solid understanding of employment law and HR practices, I bring a well-rounded perspective to the table. I’m eager to leverage my experience and passion to contribute opportunities and success. Working from a Wheelchair for a number of years brings also an additional perspective to Business.
