Six-Sigma and other training in ISO and TS16949, Team building and Kaizen experience through Enkei, Aisin USA, Hisada America, and Toyota.4 Demonstrated leadership capability in driving operations excellence and meeting goals and objectives through teamwork, lean manufacturing, and a focus on development of customer relations. Quantifiable results achieved in my last position-Reduced production defects by 30%-Lowered inspection time by 70%-Won “Most Improved Supplier” award two consecutive years-Reduced sort hours at Customer sites by 34%.In review of my resume, you will note my growth and experience.
