More than 30 years of experience in Bank Treasury and Investment management support my passion for identifying innovation opportunities and leading strategic change to meet these challenges. My current role is leading Balance Sheet Management for Citigroup’s $2T+ balance sheet including asset liability management (ALM), capital management, funds transfer pricing, balance sheet strategy and interest rate risk management. During my tenure, my team implemented the firm’s returns-based decision-making framework, modernized funds transfer pricing, enhanced liquidity flows, developed capital management capabilities and successfully executed ALM strategy though the extreme interest rate changes of recent years. As a thought leader, I led major innovations within global risk management, mortgage lending and liquidity management.
