About Paul Graf

An agile global security professional with over a decade of experience in security management and training. With a robust background in both hands-on physical security operations, Global Security Operations Centers (GSOC), and program development. I excel in crafting comprehensive training programs designed to enhance the safety and effectiveness of security teams across various sectors. In June 2024 I began working for Crisis24 and was able to leverage my knowledge inside the industry to help integrate new security operations seamlessly for new clients. As our organization grew rapidly there was an appetite for building out a robust training program internally as well as externally for targeted training inside GSOCs. In May 2020, I started role in Salesforce's Global Safety & Security team to create a safe and secure environment for all who visited my regional footprint in the Indianapolis, Denver, and Toronto offices. I found interest living in data with everything the Salesforce ecosystem could provide by generating audits, compliance, training, and case management solutions internally on the Salesforce platform. I started my journey with Salesforce in September 2016 as a contractor in the San Francisco Global Security Operations Center. I spent 3.5 years as a talented GSOC Manager with expert team leadership, planning and organizational skills. Maintained excellent global crisis management coordination and execution throughout over 130 offices with over employees. Smoothly equipped our team to independently handle daily functions and meet customer/client needs. I'm a diligent trainer and mentor with exceptional management abilities through a results-driven approach. Prior to my time at Salesforce, I was a Corporate Security Specialist for a Fortune 500 utility company based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I also spent 3 years at the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office as a Witness Security Analyst doing case management, helping keep victims safe, and serving justice to the community.
