About Paul Green

I head up the identity function at Performanta - a global cyber security leader - where I define and drive our identity strategy, lead a team of specialists, and help enterprise clients put identity at the heart of their security posture. In today's world, identity is the control plane. It's the gateway to everything - access, trust, detection, and resilience. At Performanta, we don't treat it as an add-on. We treat it as the foundation.Previously, I founded and scaled Identity Experts, a consultancy built entirely around identity. Following its acquisition by Performanta, I've continued to champion identity as the central pillar of modern security, delivering solutions that are as strategic as they are technical.I bring hands-on expertise across Microsoft identity platforms, deep infrastructure experience, and a proven record of leadership across architecture, delivery, and long-term transformation.I'm relentless about quality, relationships, and outcomes - and passionate about helping organisations secure what matters most: their people.Specialisms: Identity & Access Management, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Identity Manager (FIM/MIM), Identity Strategy, Technical Leadership, Zero Trust
