I have worked in the Social Housing sector for many years, for both Registered Social Landlords and suppliers of software to that sector. In both areas I have been most involved with the finance aspects of the sector (although as a result have a very good understanding of housing management and repairs/asset management processes), developing good relationships with both directors and operational staff in organizations of all sizes. Although my primary role was as an Implementation Consultant, as you will see from my most recent employment history, my skill set has developed and been used beyond the limitations which that job title suggests. I am also currently working through Udemy training courses on MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Specialties: AareonQL (particularly Finance and integration from Housing functions with other Finance software), Business Process Analysis, SQL (including design and production of bespoke solutions for system integrations), Data Migration and Integration, Software Support, Social Housing.
