Director level Management Professional with Operational Risk & Resilience Expertise I am an experienced Director in the financial services sector, with a proven, highly successful track record specialising in operational risk management, resilience and IT security. Presenting 34 years in financial services with 19 years’ experience working within a major global banking organisation, I have extensive experience managing direct reports, stakeholders and influencing wider teams across 66 countries globally. Moving on to deliver interim services on a consultancy basis, I have been instrumental in the development of both risk and resilience functions for financial services providers across the UK, working with business areas to identify their important business services an associated risks and controls. In addition, my career includes call centre operations management, and offshore experience leading a turnaround programme in Malta.
