He secured his first planning role in 2016, and his finance career took off from there. In 2018, the cold winters of Winnipeg inspired a move to the Okanagan, where Paul advanced through various planning, advisory, and management roles within the banking industry. A strong advocate for lifelong learning, he complemented his B.Comm (Hons.) degree with an MBA in Finance in 2022.
