Hello World!" It might sound cliché but everyone and everything has a beginning and for me outputting those two words to the screen was the catalyst that kick-started my career as a developer. Fast forward a few years and I am now an Optimizely CMS certified who is employed at Kin + Carta, one of the Uk's leading Optimizely gold partners. Despite the simplicity of the "Hello World!" program, It showed me how straight forward it is to start anything and how rewarding every single accomplishment is, no matter how big or small it may be. In my experience, you rarely start anything knowing everything which is why I always try to embrace new challenges. Whether it’s integrating an API or learning about a new framework, I often remind myself that at one point I knew absolutely nothing about what I am able to do today, so I try to step out of my comfort zone and use every opportunity to enhance my skills and knowledge where possible.
