About Paul Gummo

As an experienced Agile Coach, Project Manager and Program Manager, I’m a strong advocate for the art and science of project management. Properly implemented, project management can drive real understanding and efficiencies in any size program or project. As a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) SPC and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), I believe that agile methods can be effectively applied across any size organization, any size project and on any platform. Vendor package implementation, custom application development, web services, infrastructure and even mainframe projects, I’ve proven that good project management practices, including Agile practices, have a positive impact on any technology platform. I’ve also demonstrated project delivery expertise across multiple industries including: insurance, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and business consulting.
