35 years’ experience in the construction industry managing the construction of projects as diverse as a 28,500m2 award winning 5-star resort plus 27 luxury pool villas; numerous large high-value bespoke villas; a gated community; a harbour; the first engineered landfill in the South Pacific; subdivisions; and roads; plus the management of utilities and road maintenance contracts. Hold Project Management, Engineering and Business qualifications. Set up and managed my own Design and Project Management company in Thailand with a focus on high-end villas. Worked in client, consultant and contractor roles including Project Director, Project Manager, Client Representative, and Site Engineer. Also managed the design process for several high value luxury villas, and 5-star hotels. Worked in New Zealand, Asia, and the Pacific.
