About Paul Harris

Paul Harris can trace his passion for security all the way from his early days as a U.S. Coast Guard officer, with assignments that included Executive Officer on a patrol boat in Vietnam during the Vietnam War. It was as a Special Agent with the FBI that Paul's military duty transitioned into a civilian career in law enforcement. Additional stints as the Regional Investigative Manager for Clarence Kelly & Associates, Security Director at the Meadows Racetrack near Pittsburgh, PA, and the Special Agent in Charge of the Pennsylvania Crime Commission's Pittsburgh Office led Paul to be named the first President of St. Moritz Secutiry Services in 1982. Paul remained at the helm of St. Moritz for the next 32 years, growing the company from startup to $65 million in annual sales by his retirement in 2014. In 2017, Paul has now launched an exciting new business endeavor, Harris Bischoff, LLC, with his Chief Marketing Officer and longstanding security colleague John Bischoff.
