Trend/Cylon/Tridium N4/Kieback & Peter Experience 20+ years Currently employed as Proactive Team Manager in our Remote Operations Centre (ROC). Responsible for 5 team members. Working with international retail clients in order to bring down energy consumption throughout their estates. Cutting down their carbon footprint as we head towards a net zero society. Working with numerous analytics and ticketing software packages such as: Zendesk, Dexma, Halo, PowerBi, Verisae, and utilising BMS systems such as IQVision, SET, Cylon/Unitron and N4. Also responsible for attending client facing meetings, presenting reports, Client estate analytics/data. Currently (Aug22 to Nov 22) attending a Leadership Development Course. Trend, Cylon, N4 certified engineer with 20+ years' experience in commissioning, service and maintenance. client facing from early project design to implementation, consultancy and delivery. Using SET to design and adjust strategies, can engineer 963 graphics. Can also use config. Trend Courses attended: System Engineering,(2005 & 2012) IQ Engineering, SET Comms, Strategy Design, 963 Engineering, Ethernet Awareness, Trend VSD Course, November 2012 - Trend Expert Exam -Passed. Also able to set-up Drayton/Schneider DC1100/DC1400's, Siemens RVL's, Kieback & Peter DDC & SYX controllers - software engineering and commissioning. I have a very strong pro-active approach to my day to day responsibilities, this includes finding the most efficient delivery methods, building and maintaining a strong client relationship.
