About Paul Hefty

In 1986 I started working at Aiphone. My first job was production tech. We modified and built specific intercoms for the North American market. A few years later I was in charge of parts and then helped manage the department. I then went into the Tech Support department. We answered calls from customers helping specify products, and troubleshoot installations. Now I work with the Techical Sales and Support group. We work with our Engineering team to help design products. We work with our Marketing team as technical advisers. We train our internal staff on our products. We work with our Sales staff to help design systems for our customers. We create training material (PowerPoint, videos, etc.) to educate our customers and staff. We also create our specification sheets, our quick start instructions, and our how to videos.
