In 2003 I decided to start my own business in real estate and received my license in 2003. I sell residential properties in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. I have earned several certification specialties in different areas of selling real estate. I have a lot of satisfied clients who give me repeat business and referrals due to my honesty and integrity. My previous career I had more than 20 years experience in the Media Research industry. I was employed by multi national corporations such as Nielsen Media Research, ABC-TV, MGM Networks Latin America, GEMS-TV, and Grey Advertising. I created the methodology for several database products. and have a broad-based background in media research. I conducted focus groups and telephone survey projects, reported and analyzed audience viewership studies for Sales, Marketing,Affiliate Relations, and TV Programming departments. Additionally, I implemented product usage sales presentations with the Simmons, and TGI, Cluster lifestyle segmentation databases. I was the leader and expert in the production of a million dollar plus custom research division that was successful at growing revenues on a year to year basis.i worked as a consultant with Datacheck developing a revenue measurement product for cable tv in South and Central America.
