I am a mission-driven scientific and clinical operations leader with 22 years of experience advancing biomedical research, clinical laboratory medicine, and organizational strategy across the U.S. Army, federal research institutes, and top academic medical centers. My career has focused on translating complex science into clear, actionable insights that improve patient outcomes and drive strategic decision-making.I bring a unique blend of medical affairs–relevant expertise: deep scientific training (PhD), clinical chemistry fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital, proven cross-functional collaboration with biotech and diagnostics companies, and extensive experience briefing senior leaders, clinicians, and external stakeholders. I have directed multimillion-dollar programs, led high-performing medical and scientific teams, and strengthened enterprise-level capabilities across research, clinical service lines, and operational environments.Throughout my career I have partnered closely with clinicians, researchers, government agencies, and industry leaders—delivering scientific guidance, shaping strategy, and communicating complex evidence with clarity and credibility.
