About Paul Hergott

Paul Hergott graduated from the University of British Columbia and began practicing law in 1995. Of the various areas of litigation, he became most drawn to and passionate about pursuing fair compensation for personal injury victims, which has gradually became his exclusive area of practice. Paul's practice is restricted to acting only for the injured victim, never for ICBC nor for other insurance companies. Passionate to serve his clients, Paul opened his boutique personal injury law firm in 2007. Hergott Law is now one of the largest personal injury law firms in the Okanagan, serving all of British Columbia. Hergott Law has been recognized for several awards including: • Platinum Service Provider (2015) • Business of the Year (2015) • Business Person of Year (Paul Hergott, 2009) • Best Customer Service (2008 & 2004) • Quality Excellence (2007) Paul is also the author of the Achieving Justice personal injury column, which has been featured in the Kelowna Capital News for over ten years. His weekly column led him to discover his new passion – road safety. As Paul’s career focused on helping car crash victims, he discovered his voice as a road safety advocate. In 2011, Paul founded the One Crash is too Many campaign which is dedicated to increasing awareness about avoiding car crashes.
