About Paul Heydenrych

I love helping people and furthering my skills by making meaningful connections. 27 years in IT have given me a broad understanding which helps me intuitively understand complex situations and weed out noise. This helps me to quickly get to the crux of a situation, and identify what skills and personalities are likely needed to deliver an outcome or address a situation. Working with diverse stakeholders has given me an inquisitiveness to explore unique options and varied communication styles as I approach different situations and personalities.Experience includes:Many implementations, migrations and upgrades for on-prem and cloud systems in SAP and Oracle ERP in several industries, including banking and financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare and public services.Full lifecycle management of Applications and Infrastructure Management Services. Lots of large IT commercial & budget management, contract negotiations, audit analysis and remediation and licensing optimization across the IT spectrum (including SAP and Oracle). My most fulfilling moments occur when I witness people succeeding, knowing that my efforts have made a meaningful difference.
