I am a technical sales professional executive with over 32 years of experience in solving satellite telemetry requirements for data collection experts around the world. I have particular expertise with low power, Low Earth Orbit and higher powered Geostationary satellite systems, both governmental such as Argos, GOES and Cospas-Sarsat and commercial networks such as Iridium as well as GNSS. My application domain spans tracking and monitoring in scientific, law enforcement, fisheries, environmental, search and rescue, commercial, military, aviation and personal applications. I have a particular extensive experience in oceanographic and marine applications being based in a major port city. Since 1993, I have worked directly with engineers, managers, principal investigators and end users to help them maximize their data return value from their autonomous instruments, installed stations, wildlife tracking to remote personal messaging and satellite voice services. I can help you solve your remote communications needs regardless of the application. In 2008 I began to help product developers and users around the world make the most of their Iridium satellite experience. In that time I have gained significant experience with Iridium modems and core transceiver technology, antenna solutions and airtime expertise with Short Burst Data, RUDICS and CERTUS. I am experienced with cloud-based data processing, dynamic billing portals and modem solutions. This offering of Iridium narrowband services is now being complimented with high-bandwidth Iridium CERTUS offerings driving data speeds as high as 700kbps. As a Director, I am responsible for the identification of opportunity, building and maintaining long term business and personal relationships. Working in high-paced and fast growth environments is natural for me. Solving the customer’s problem and seeing it through to successful roll out has always been my goal.
