About Paul Hodge

Experienced sales and customer care executive for several years. I am currently the National Sales Manager for Competency Training who specialises in training for the Electrical industry. I take part in organising our trainers and scheduling corporate and public training courses across Australia. The most challenging parts of my job is being involved across a broad range of the companies duties which include, coordination, client management, account management, sales, customer service and keeping all fellow staff members motivated in the workplace. I started with a RTO in civil, building and construction and know broadening my knowledge within the electrical industry. My role is very fasted paced and have troubles staying in my lane as I’m eager to learn about other parts of the business to grow my knowledge. I love solving problems and facing challenges to better myself and grow. My family are my number one priority and find a having life and work balance is very important. I try to be the best person I can in and out of work and take pride in all that I do. Love being a peoples person and talking with client FTF or over the phone than rather sending emails. Having the ability to click with people is a hard trait these days and at times I have to adapt to the clients needs as we live in a busy world. Nothing more pleasing knowing you have solved somebodies problems or at least pointed them in right direction!
