About Paul Hoffman

I am fortunate to have managed a wide variety of creative and technical projects for over 20 years. Starting out in radio and television, I evolved to work more with clients and teams to bring products, businesses, and digital content to an audience. My technical experience has always combined with my creative to bring people together; whether, it's production, advertising, marketing or promotions. In the last few years I've focused more on technology, education, and training. Creatively, I work on course-based training and instructional design related projects in addition to print, web, and other digital mediums. Technically, I'm a LMS, CMS, and educational technology subject matter expert for Florida State College at Jacksonville in the Training and Organizational Development Department. Although I still do advertising consulting and free lance, my company, Hoffmanideas.com, has changed it's focus to more CBT's, digital products, UX/UI design, and content management. I have voiced over commercials and videos, worked with over 500 clients, produced, shot, and edit over videos, print, and digital media. I am passionate about combining my creative talents with technical ones and completed my Master of Science Degree in Curriculum and Educational Technology from the University of Florida. E-learning, online content and streaming are the future of reaching students and consumers so I wanted the degree to support my practical experience. A large part of my job is working as both developer and consultant In the past, I have been able to work in large corporate environments like Comcast and Cox Communications that were sales driven, as well as, in technical positions with engineers, IT and technical support staff. No matter what my role, or job, I believe connecting with people and presenting ideas that can effect people in a positive way is still my passion.
