I am a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. During the last years, I have specialised in the structuring, set-up and ongoing operations of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds and their managers (AIFMs) with a particular focus on private equity, venture capital, debt and real estate funds. Furthermore, I gathered significant experience in assisting with downstream transactional investment structuring and multi-jurisdictional transactions. I am also actively involved with the LPEA, the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and a member of its technical sub-committee, LPEA Legal – Young Private Equity Leaders. I have joined Arendt & Medernach in 2016 and have been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2016. I am holding a Master’s degree in business law from Université Panthéon - Sorbonne (France), a Master’s degree in wealth management from Université Paris – Dauphine (France) as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University (New York - 2020).
