I'm a Customer Success Manager at Simpler, a fast-scaling checkout startup, where I work closely with eCommerce merchants across Europe to improve their customer experience, boost performance, and build lasting partnerships. My journey started in management consulting, where I supported organizations in transforming culture, upskilling teams, and driving innovation. Since then, I’ve worked across multiple startup roles — from consulting to co-founding — blending business strategy with a maker mindset to solve complex problems fast. With a background in engineering and a strong grasp of digital tools and collaboration systems, I’m passionate about helping teams scale efficiently and stay focused on what matters. I've contributed to projects in retail, banking, telecom, and tech, always with a focus on creating impact and building strong customer relationships. Outside of work, I’m an active member of Greece’s startup ecosystem — curating the Techstars Athens Startup Digest, organizing events like TEDx, and mentoring young founders through local entrepreneurship communities. I thrive where startups meet structure, and where great products meet great customer outcomes.
