Paul started his banking career at Compass Bank (now PNC) after earning a Bachelor’s of Business Administration, Finance from Abilene Christian University. He and his wife, Jackie, have 4 children with whom they love to travel extensively. His family is actively involved in the Lake Highlands community, with Watermark Community Church and Forerunner Mentoring. He also serves on the board of the Friends of the Katy Trail.
