I led a multibillion-dollar business development and professional services segment for telecommunications giant Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and also established and sold my own million-dollar appliance repair business, Mr. Appliance of Tri County. I currently serve as director of operations at SpecialtyRx, steering operational and distribution logistics for a full-service, high-volume warehouse pharmacy and managing eight teams across 18 departments in a fast-paced and matrixed organization. A few other accomplishments of which I am incredibly proud include: Within two years of assuming leadership, transforming SpecialtyRx’s siloed operational division into a cohesive, streamlined infrastructure after its swift multimillion-dollar business expansion. Achieving 40% business growth YOY at Mr. Appliance despite charging higher premiums than competitors by creating an innovative business model based on quality and high-end customer service. I built my book of business to over 2,500 residential and commercial customers, including exclusive repair contracts for 25 multiunit dwellings. Innovating and leading a wireless application live showcase initiative across six industry-leading global carrier services in the US and Canada for Alcatel-Lucent, generating 100 leads, accelerating sales cycles by 50%, and driving net-new sales to meet and exceed sales goals.
