About Paul Huszar

I’m honored to begin an exciting new chapter as an independent contractor with Vistage Florida and FranCoach, where I’ll be focused on helping leaders grow, businesses thrive, and aspiring owners pursue meaningful opportunities. With Vistage, I’ll be serving as a Chair, building and leading peer advisory groups for CEOs, small business owners, and key executives who want to make better decisions, achieve stronger results, and continue growing as leaders. I look forward to creating high-trust environments where leaders challenge one another, gain perspective, and sharpen their leadership edge. With FranCoach, I’ll be helping individuals explore business ownership through franchising—matching goals, lifestyle, and financial objectives with opportunities across more than 600 franchise brands. This expands my ability to continue creating meaningful and sustainable employment and ownership opportunities for our Nation’s heroes, as well as others seeking to build their future through entrepreneurship. My mission has become increasingly clear: To help grow and empower leaders to live more meaningful, enriching, and purposeful lives. That mission is rooted in a lifelong passion for leadership development, strengthened by years of military service and business leadership experience. After reflecting on what I truly enjoy, where I create value, and how I can best serve others, I decided to return fully to the work I love most: helping people grow. If you are a leader seeking greater impact, a business owner looking for trusted peer guidance, or someone exploring franchise ownership, I’d welcome the opportunity to connect. Leaders Sharpen Leaders!
