I am a life long learner who uses my ability to be a quick study To (1)implement and (2)develop new processes. As technology evolves I believe the synergistic use of labor, and technology is PARAMOUNT for success. I love hard work, and the flow state that can be achieved to inspire and deliver results. I pride myself on my decisiveness. In a faster moving global economy being a decisive individual has been a most valuable asset to my personality. I never shy away from limelight and I am never afraid to provide honest, upward feedback to enhance communication and productivity. I am a safety champion who believes that a safe work environment with well implemented safety procedures can foster comfort and success amongst employees. I have received a multitude of training from AMAZON inc. This includes but is not limited to network security, and hazardous material handling/disposal. I have CPR/First aid training. I have received ADVANCED/(high-speed)leadership training from Amazon. My bias for action is often uncompromising and swift.
