About Paul Jaeger

Based in Paris, Paul Jaeger has led the Financial Services Practice in Paris and co-lead the Real Estate Practice in Europe. He focuses on CEO and board level searches and assessment assignments across all sectors. He also works on nonprofit assignments. Paul joined the executive search industry in Previously, he was General Manager of the French European Information Center founded by the European Commission and the French government (now touteleurope.fr). Before that, he was Head of the Risk Financing Department at Gras Savoye, where he led a team of consultants who specialized in alternative risk financing. Paul began his career as an industrial risk underwriter at Union des Assurances de Paris (now AXA). Paul is a former President of the Association Jean Monnet. He is Board Member of the Fondation Hippocrène and has been a founding Director of the French Center of Foundations. He is a member of the Advisory Board of SciencesPo School of Public Affairs and of the Advisory Board of touteleurope.fr. Since 2021, he is also Board Member of the Institut Jean Monnet in Paris. Paul received his M.A. in human resources from the Sorbonne, and his M.A.s in public law and information from the Panthéon-Assas, Paris, Universities. He is fluent in English and French.
