About Paul Jara

Over 25 years of experience in change-management, leadership, and strategy. I am a team leader for the Arkansas Post Exchange. providing retail innovation and customer service to Arkansas's veteran and first responder community. I am an adaptive learner with a long track record of thinking critically, communicating clearly, and solving complex problems. As a former director of staff at the Air National Guard, I oversaw a team-of-teams of about 50 people from six different departments and provided crucial support at the highest levels of leadership. I designed a new transparent and equitable executive promotion and personnel management system, which positively affected over 300 members of the state leadership team. I also contributed to the development of the Rapid Augmentation Team concept, which was recognized as an Air Force best practice for domestic emergency response. I am passionate about bringing vision and direction to any organization and facilitating change and progress.
